Glory Jansen

Glory Jansen is currently the fifth and sixth grade teacher and athletic director. She was born in Fargo, North Dakota and grew up in Minnesota near the Twin Cities. After attending a Lutheran grade school and high school, she came to Wisconsin to attend college and play volleyball at Concordia University in Mequon. She graduated in 2002 and received her first call to teach third and fourth grade in Lebanon, Wisconsin for two years. She also coached seventh and eighth grade girls’ volleyball. She then got the call to Beautiful Savior to be the fifth and sixth grade teacher. This is now her sixth year serving the families at Beautiful Savior as teacher and athletic director, and she enjoys the freedom to share the love of Christ every minute of the day with her students.

Glory married her husband Jon in 2006, and they had their son, Noah, in 2008. She loves snowboarding, camping, and spending quality time with her family. On the weekends you can find her reading a book (when she finds time) or enjoying the outdoors in God’s creation.
