2010-2011 Enrollment Form

• Three-Year-Old Preschool

Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M.
A child entering 3-year-old Preschool must be 3 years old and toilet trained by September 1, 2010.

•  Four-Year-Old Preschool (Three Options) 

a) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M.
b) Monday through Friday mornings from 8:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M.
c) Monday through Friday (all day) from 8:30 A.M. until 3:25 P.M.
A child entering 4-year-old Preschool must be 4 years old by September 1, 2010.

• Half-day Kindergarten

Monday through Friday mornings from 8:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M.
A child entering kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1, 2010. Students may be switched to full-day kindergarten at the end of the first semester in January. Adjustments to tuition payments will be made at that time.

• Full-day Kindergarten through Sixth Grade 

Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. until 3:25 P.M.
A child entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1, 2010.

A 10% discount will be given to the second child; 20% for the third child; 30% for the fourth child. The school secretary will assist in determining the final cost after the discount is applied.

A non-refundable registration fee of $60 is due upon registration for all new and returning students enrolling in Beautiful Savior Lutheran School. All students re-enrolling at BSLS must enroll prior to April 1, 2010 to avoid a late enrollment fee of $75. This late fee would not apply to tuition costs.

Parents or guardians have the option of paying the entire cost of tuition by August 1, 2010. A 5% discount will apply. The secretary in the school office will help parents determine the exact cost after discounts. This one-time payment should be made to Beautiful Savior Lutheran School.

All monthly tuition payments will be processed through a Tuition Service company. The enrollment forms for this service must be received in the school office prior to April 1 (along with registration forms and a $60 registration fee per child). Payments are due the 1st of each month, beginning on August 1, 2010, and ending May 1, 2011. A late fee of $35.00 will be assessed if payment is not received by the Tuition Service by the 8th of each month.

Enrollment Fees

A non-refundable fee of $60 must be included with the registration of any returning student received in the School Office prior to April 1 of the preceding school year. This fee will be applied to the student's first tuition payment.

A non-refundable fee of $75 must be included with the registration of any returning student if received in the School Office on or after April 1 of the preceding school year. This fee will not be applied to the student's first tuition payment.

A non-refundable enrollment fee of $60 must be included with the registration of any new student at the time the registration is received in the School Office. This fee will be applied to the student's first tuition payment.

Payment Plan

Ten equal payments (through a Tuition Service) are due on the first of each month beginning on August 1 and ending on May 1. Payments received after the 8th of the month will be subject to a $35 late fee.

A full payment of tuition may be made to Beautiful Savior Lutheran School by August 1. A 5% discount will apply to this payment method only. The school secretary will assist in determining the final cost after the discount is applied.
